Nynas has entered into an agreement to take over the base oil manufacturing plant and some associated refining facilities of the Harburg refinery in Germany. This represents a thirty percent increase in the company’s production of specialty oils.

Nynas submitted an updated status report on November 30 to the Land and Environment Court, describing the environmental work that is carried out on sites that are subject to environmental examinations.
